This is the seat that keeps the shop moving. Finished jobs pass through you every morning, the inbox is yours, shipments land on your counter, and every customer who walks in meets you first.
A normal day
QC pile first: check every finished sign and print job against its order, label it, update the job record, file the folder to the Install rack or the Invoice bin
Inbox to zero: route estimator folder requests first, answer or hand off customer requests, archive everything
Receiving and the front counter: open and inspect shipments, tell the owner the same hour, greet walk-ins, hand off pickups
Protected follow-up hour after lunch: call or email every open quote
Second QC sweep and inbox pass, then close out: folders filed, inbox empty, notes for tomorrow
You will do well here if
You notice the small thing that is wrong before the customer does
You like a checklist and finish it every day without being asked
You are comfortable on the phone and in person with contractors, farms, schools and small businesses
You can learn our job system (PIP) and Outlook. You do not need to know them yet
You are comfortable with numbers and want to learn pricing
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Not required
The details
Schedule: part-time, about 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday afternoons, roughly 12:00 to 4:00 PM, in person. Exact hours are set with you at hire
Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 an hour, W-2, plus a monthly bonus tied to QC and closed quotes. The bonus plan is a one-page written formula you receive at hire

Essential functions
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
Stand, walk and carry folders and finished jobs between the front desk, production and the racks through the shift
Lift and move shipment boxes of 20 to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Read work orders, labels and screens; speak with customers by phone and in person
Reliable and on time, Monday through Friday afternoons
